Betnovate N 60ml Lotion is composed of Betamethasone and Neomycin. Betamethasone is a corticosteroid, and Neomycin is an antibiotic. Betnovate N 60ml shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria that cause psoriasis and eczema. Betnovate N 60ml treats only bacterial skin infections and will not treat viral infections of the skin.
