Co-Valtec 160/12.5mg Tablet is composed of Valsartan + Hydrochlorothiazide. Valsartan is angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels and makes blood flow more easily. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that causes more urination and helps you get rid of extra salt and water in the body.
