About Glantrim 5ml Solution/Drops

Glantrim 5ml Drops are used for the treatment of high pressure inside the eyes caused by glaucoma (open-angle type) or ocular hypertension. Glantrim also prevents blindness by decreasing the high pressure inside the eyes.

Glantrim 5ml Drops are composed of Dorzolamide + Timolol. Dorzolamide belongs to the group of medicines known as carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, which show effectiveness by blocking the activity of enzymes. These enzymes cause fluid inside the eyes. Timolol belongs to the group of drugs known as beta-blockers, which show effectiveness by reducing the high pressure inside the eyes.
