Oxidil 2g Injection is used for the treatment of bacterial infections such as; gonorrhea, bacterial meningitis, syphilis, bacterial endocarditis, acute otitis media, community-acquired pneumonia, bones and joint infections, complicated urinary tract infections, complicated skin and soft tissue infections, hospital-acquired pneumonia, and intra-abdominal infections.

How effective is Oxidil 2g?

Oxidil 2g Injection is composed of Ceftriaxone which belongs to a group of medicines known as cephalosporin antibiotics. Oxidil 2g shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Oxidil 2g is only effective against bacterial infections and will not treat viral infections like the common cold or flu.
