What dose should I choose?

In adults, the recommended dose is 2 Tablets (40 mg) taken orally once a day. The dose is taken at bedtime.

For the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, the usual initial dose is 1 Tablet (20 mg) taken orally every 6 hours. The doctor may adjust the dose according to the patient’s needs.
