Qsartan Plus 50/12.5mg Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It also helps lower the risk of strokes in patients with high blood pressure, an enlarged heart, and angina. Lowering high blood pressure helps lower the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.

How effective is Qsartan Plus 50/12.5mg Tablet?

Qsartan Plus 50/12.5mg Tablet contains two medications, i.e. hydrochlorothiazide and losartan. Hydrochlorothiazide is a “water pill” (diuretic) that causes a patient to make more urine, which helps his/her body get rid of extra salt and water. Losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), which works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily.
