What dose should I choose?

For the treatment of schizophrenia in adults, the first-day dose is 50 mg taken orally in two divided doses, with or without the consumption of food. The dose for the 2nd day is 100 mg, 3rd day is 200 mg, and 4th day is 300 mg. After the 4th day, the dose is set according to the clinical response.

For the treatment of manic disorders associated with bipolar disorder in adults, the first-day dose is 100 mg taken orally in two divided doses. The dose for the 2nd day is 200 mg, 3rd day is 300 mg and 4th day is 400 mg.

For the treatment of depressive episodes associated with bipolar disorders in adults, the first-day dose is 50 mg taken orally once before going to sleep. The dose for the 2nd day is 100 mg, 3rd day is 200 mg, and 4th day is 300 mg, with the recommended dose being 300 mg per day.

Qusel 100mg is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below the age of 18 years.
