We are happy to accept returns on all wrong, faulty, or damaged medicines! All orders are eligible to be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Call us or chat with our customer support representative for assistance.

Fridge items, loose tablets, milks, diapers, and consumer items are non-returnable.

Products must be returned in the original box or packaging. Original packaging of all medicines is mandatory. This way, we can credit your account successfully and return your money.

We are unable to offer an exchange of products at this time.
All refunds at emeds.pk are processed based on the mode of payment selected while placing the order. If you paid through a debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded to your given card account.
The time period for all refunds will be marked from the day of request. We aim to process all refunds within 7-14 business days. However, please note that some banks may take longer to process refunds, so the refund may take longer to reflect in your account.
If you want to initiate a refund, don't hesitate to contact us at help@emeds.pk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that we don't offer refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll have to pay the shipping charges for returning an item.
All refunds for orders paid through debit or credit cards at emeds.pk will be processed to the same card from which the payment was made.
For orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through your bank account within 7-14 business days of the returned item.
