Samerol-N Tablet is composed of Orphenadrine + Paracetamol. Orphenadrine belongs to a group of medicines known as skeletal muscle relaxants. Paracetamol belongs to a group of medicines known as analgesics. Samerol-N shows effectiveness by changing the way the body senses muscle pain. Samerol-N also helps to regulate body temperature.
