Softin F 60mg Tablet is composed of Fexofenadine, a group of medicines known as antihistamines. Softin F 60mg shows effectiveness by blocking certain natural substances (histamines) that causes allergic reactions in the body. Softin F 60mg will not show work against infections like bacterial infections and viral infections.
