What dose should I choose?

In adults, the usual starting dose is a ½ tablet (2 mg) taken orally every 6-8 hours. The daily dose can be increased to 1 tablet (4 mg) taken orally every 6-8 hours, with the maximum dose being 36 mg in any 24-hour period.

Ternelin 4mg is not recommended for use in children.
