Tobra-D 5ml Drops are composed of Tobramycin + Dexamethasone. Tobramycin belongs to a group of medicines known as aminoglycoside antibiotics. Dexamethasone belongs to a group of medicines known as corticosteroids. Tobra-D 5ml shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria.
