What dose should I choose?

For adults, the Initial Oral dose is 100mg every 12 hourly, followed by 100mg/day maintenance dose.

For pediatric patients weighing less than 45kg; if suffering from severe life-threatening infections, the recommended dosage is 2.2 mg/kg of the body weight every 12 hourly. But if body weight is more than 45kg, an adult dose should be administered.
