About Xavor Diu

Xavor Diu Tablet is a type of combination medicine used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It belongs to the class of drugs known as Angiotensin Type 2 Receptor Blockers. Each tablet of Xavor Diu contains two active ingredients which are Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide; they help relax the blood vessels and help your heart pump with greater ease.

What dose should I choose?

In adults, the usual dose of Xavor Diu is 1 tablet (50mg/12.5mg) taken orally once per day. The dose may be increased if your body does not respond to the initial dose, but it must not exceed the maximum adult dose, which is 2 tablets (100mg/25mg).

If you skip a dose by any chance, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the already missed dose if it’s almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose.
