Ximcef 100mg/30ml Syrup/Suspension is composed of Cefixime which belongs to a group of medicines known as cephalosporin antibiotics. Ximcef 100mg/30ml shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria and eventually kill them. Ximcef 100mg/30ml is only effective against bacterial infections and will not work for viral infections like the common cold or flu.
